You'll want a slice of this event

Love pizza? Who doesn’t. Well MMU Chemistry Society is hosting Manchester’s first ever student led pizza crawl this November.

What better way to find out Manchester’s finest pizzerias (or places that sell good pizza) than joining ChemSoc in the Northern Quarter.

“We thought it would be a great inclusive social that everyone could come to,” Callum (Chair) and Kate (Secretary) told us “We wanted to run socials this year that weren’t just drinking orientated as a lot of our members don’t drink, and figured a pizza crawl met all these criteria.”

ChemSoc was relaunched last year and pride themselves on not just being for Chemistry students. Last year’s Chair said, “Chemistry is such a vast subject with so many disciplines. If you’ve been interested in science, or you’re interested in chemistry, even though you might be doing an arts or language degree – you can always find a route into the chemistry side of things. Collaboration is how we make progress, and societies like this are made for collaboration.”

I think we can all agree that a pizza hangover beats the regular kind.

Tickets are available here and there's a limited amount so snap them up before their gone.
