Session description

As the independent student complaints scheme for England and Wales, we review unresolved complaints from students about their higher education providers, and the number of complaints we receive continues to grow.

In this session we'll provide an overview of who we are, what we do, and how we do it. We'll highlight key guidance and resources, including revised sections of the Good Practice framework. We'll also explore key casework themes, share insights gained from our recent discussion groups, and consider emerging issues looking ahead to the next academic year and beyond.
