De-Stress with Yoga and Meditation

🧘‍♀️Join us for a special one-hour yoga and meditation session in recognition of Stress Awareness Day and International Men’s Day!

This session is designed to help you reduce stress and promote well-being in a supportive and calming environment💛

🌿Take a moment for yourself as we guide you through gentle yoga movements and soothing meditation practices. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this session is perfect for everyone looking to unwind and recharge.

  • Doors open at 11:00 but the actual session will start at 11:30.

- Locations: The Union, Studio 2

- Tickets: Tickets are free but limited so grab yours now!

All Manchester Met students are welcome to attend this event.

You can just turn up at the event on the day, but we recommend booking a ticket to avoid disappointment.
