Session description

In this session we will hear from unions who have recently reviewed their democracy and governance. As they discuss the challenges and outcomes, including the position that democracy reviews are not always the best thing to do, this session is about reflection. Delegates will come to understand the different factors at play and the different options when considering issues with their governance.
