Drawing lessons from research into the effectiveness of political and representative communications, this session explores tensions and challenges in getting across the voice function to students. With a series of provocations and exercises, we'll explore framing, the messages that drive up NSS Q25, and methods for amplifying the concerns of students that enhance rather than trash the brand.
