Take a deep breath, relax and join us in The Union for a mindful wind-down to your day.

 

 

This free session is open to all abilities – whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years – you’ll be led by a qualified MMU Sport Instructor and will leave feeling refreshed.

 

 

Yoga mats will be provided (or you can bring your own) and spaces are limited to 20 people to make sure you have a great experience.

 

 

Book in advance online to secure your spot and we’ll see you there.
