From the presenter:

How would you rate your one-to-ones out of 10?

Research shows that most managers think their one-to-ones are great…BUT their direct reports often disagree.

Employee engagement experts, Gallup, also claim that conversations with managers define the employee experience. In other words, your one-to-ones can make or break your team’s happiness, performance and even their future career.

In a world where burnout, uncertainty, and constant change are part of everyday life, being a great manager has never mattered more. That’s why Jacqui Clements (Jacqui Clements Consulting) & Eleanor Walker (Unboxed Talent) are on a mission to help managers develop the essential skills that they need to build brilliant teams that get stuff done. This includes connecting people to purpose, and developing future talent – all huge parts of a meaningful one-to-one conversation.

In this session, we’ll share some practical tips to help you make your one-to-one conversations the best meetings ever. We’ll give you a step-by-step guide that covers exactly how to make the limited time you have with your team members radically useful and genuinely engaging, so that you can stop wasting precious meeting minutes and start leading powerful conversations that have real impact.
