Before coming to our event, you must make sure to agree to certain terms and condition so that we can ensure that the experience can be fun and safe for everyone involved. 

By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the following rules, terms, and conditions. 

A few ground rules:

• Do not touch or physically/verbally harass the actors in any way.
• No smoking or vaping in the house.
• No phones inside the house.
• Make sure to stay with the group at all times.
• If you show up noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, DTS and WOP reserve the right not to admit you into the event. No refunds are available. 
• No causing any kind of damage to the house (e.g. vandalism, etc).
• No running in the house.
• Do not enter if you have pre-existing health conditions that could be triggered such as heart conditions or respiratory issues.

By visiting The Haunted Antwerp Experience, I hereby accept any risks involved in participation, accept all liability, and will not hold The Manchester Developmental Theatre Society or Web of Production responsible for any damages or injuries incurred therein. This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, damages or injuries incurred due to negligence, carelessness, property, or defective equipment.

I agree to abide by the precautions and safety instructions put into place by The Manchester Developmental Theatre Society and Web of Production. I understand that risks of visiting the haunted house include, but are not limited to:

• Bumping into, colliding, or otherwise making contact with objects or persons.
• Tripping, falling, stumbling, etc.
• Being struck by falling objects.
• Temporary vision impairment due to fog machine, dry ice, etc.
• Experiencing anxiety, stress, claustrophobia, extreme fright, fear of the dark, nightmares, or other heightened emotions.
• Possible loss or damage of personal property/affects due to the experience.

Please note this experience will include flashing lights, loud noises and haze from a haze machine. The venue is not wheelchair accessible and the event will include going up and down flights of stairs.
