- Completed. Decolonisation Guide for unit and programme leaders
Review the content of the academic curriculum regarding diversity of guest speakers
- Always in process/review. Good example with new, young enterprise units
Potential focus group with departmental leads and students
- Formed Base Student Advisory Group which will include 5 paid interns
Review of the unit’s progress to date
- Data available early March
An event in the year that focuses on decolonisation with students/student reps from BAME backgrounds to advise and support senior team
- BAME Student Advisory Group are leading an event in May 2023
- BAME Student Advisory Group are presenting to Senior MGT Team after Easter
