Got your results? Coming to Manchester Met? It's time to plan the best week of the year.
We’re so excited to reveal the full shortlist for the Teaching Awards 2021. This year, we received over 1,000 nominations across the six categories so thank you so much to everyone who submitted an entry.
Each teacher below has been nominated for the amazing work and effort they’ve put in over the last year — whether it’s for their innovative online teaching or incredible mental health support — our students have now spoken!
This year, we've made some changes to the Teaching Awards to reflect the alterations in your teaching and learning. We narrowed down our categories and included two new ones to place a spotlight on teachers who have really made a difference during a difficult year.
We’ll be revealing the winners of each award on The Union’s Twitter page on Wednesday 26 May. All Manchester Met students and staff are invited to watch along as we celebrate the amazing teaching at our University. So, without further delay, here’s the Teaching Awards 2021 shortlist:
