The Big Christmas Lunch 2020

Wednesday 16-12-2020 - 11:24

Many students may find that their Christmas is looking a little different this year. All Manchester Met students who find themselves in Manchester over the winter break are welcome to spend Christmas Day with The Union.

On Friday 25 December from 12:30, join The Union and the University Catering team for the Big Christmas Lunch (served at 13:00) with a range of activities including “rock ‘n’ roll bingo’ and a quiz. The festivities will take place over at the Brooks Building and is completely free of charge.

Evelyn Sweeney, President, said: “This year has been an intense time for everyone. We’re keen to work with the University to create an inclusive and festive space, regardless of faith, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability status, for students who find themselves in Manchester this Christmas Day”

If you are interested in getting involved, please email: mill@mmu.ac.uk and remember to let us know if you've got any dietary requirements.
