World Cinema Club: ESEA SOC Collab

Join us for a special screening of the touching Thai comedy-drama How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies (2024), a heartfelt and bittersweet story about a young man who decides to care for his terminally ill grandmother in hopes of inheriting her fortune. As their relationship deepens, the film gently explores themes of family, care, generational relationships, and what truly matters in life.

After the film, there will be a chance to discuss key themes such as family expectations, intergenerational relationships, caregiving, and how stories from around the world help us reflect on love, responsibility, and cultural values.
