BAME Ambassadors
The Inclusion Ambassadors are a student-led collaboration between The Union and the University which aims to improve student experience for marginalised communities at Manchester Met.
We develop and deliver many campaigns and events, which includes celebrating our diverse culture, empowering and enabling student success and making Manchester Met as inclusive and accessible as possible. Don't forget to keep up to date with our Inclusion Ambassador led events.

Our aims
+ Safe spaces
Create safe spaces to have a dialogue on inclusive learning and teaching environments, and facilitate conversations around equity and inclusion
+ Belonging
Increase students’ sense of belonging at Manchester Met and build meaningful relationships between students, and between staff and students
+ Empowerment
Empower students to tackle the negative effects of stereotyping and micro-aggressions and safely challenge all forms of discrimination on campus
+ Change
Allow students to make their own change and influence key decision makers in the University through campaigning and other representative functions. Ambassadors will feedback your views to influence positive change on campus
