Evening Yoga

Connect with yourself and prepare for your practice with a brief meditation followed by a simple, steady, strengthening yoga flow; practicing new postures and finding challenge and ease in familiar poses. Relaxation to finish off the class, leaving you feeling energised and grounded. All bodies and levels welcome.
