Here’s a snapshot of some of the amazing events coming up this October!

 

• MMU LGBTQ+ society have , their NQ Sober social on Wednesday 13 October. It’s open to staff and students. More information can be found on their Instagram.

 

• The Islamic Society plan to host a Welcome Dinner on Saturday 16 October in The Union. Full of hallal entertainment, speakers and a three-course meal.

 

• Poetry Society have loads on, including an Open Mic Night at The Poetry Library (19 October), an online writing workshop (26 October) and guest speaker events.

 

• Biomedical Science have career talks and socials planned for October and November. Come find out more about how to attend!

 

• Many societies run educational classes where you can learn a skill such. Why not check out Pole Dancing and Sign Language societies?

 

• Our ABACUS society have just had their welcome meal, but are planning loads more trips, come join or find out more

 

• Keep an eye out for other upcoming events and activities, including the Debating society , who have meetings every Thursday in The Union and you can vote for the upcoming topics.
