November marks Men’s Mental Health Month. Whilst this is an important subject all-year round, this month in particular is used to focus on how we can create a positive change for men regarding their mental wellbeing.
It’s an amazing opportunity to encourage yourself and those around you to be open, listen to the experiences of others, and educate yourself about the importance of mental health. Learn how to approach it, how to talk to those you love, how to spot the signs, and how to help uplift the people around you when needed.
We’ve put together some easy ways you can get involved this month and show your support for the men around you.
This is your opportunity to help raise awareness for Men’s Mental Health Month, whilst also being in with the chance to win an air fryer, a karaoke machine and loads more!
We’re alo focused on creating an environment away from the digital world; play a game of pool or table tennis with your mates whilst also enjoying a delicious slice of free pizza.
Come along to The Union to socialise, relax, and help spread awareness about Men’s Mental Health - pre-book your ticket now 🎟️
It’s easy to lose track of your friends as you all get swept up in your busy lives, so take some time to reconnect with your mates. It can be something as small as going for a coffee, playing a game of football, or walking down to the pub for a pint🍺
Small things like this can mean the world to some people, and help maintain strong relationships with the people you love.
Ever wondered if you could rock a moustache? What better time to find out than Movember?
