We’re sure you’ve all heard by now that the 2026 Sports Ball is back at The Union.

The event (£32 each) will be held in our Main Hall on Wednesday 27 May from 18:30 and as usual will include:

A sit down, two course meal from 19:15

Awards presentation, 21:00

Full entertainment from 21:00 – 22:30

Photobooth throughout the event

 

This event is likely to sell out so to avoid disappointment, make sure you get your ticket booked early.

Sports Ball awards nominations are now (Friday 27 April), until Friday 8 May and are only open to both club members and members of staff from Man Met Sport or The Union (Opportunities / Student Voice teams who’ve worked closely with sport members).

Important, ONLY members of sports clubs, committees or Union staff who work closely with these teams and individuals can nominate in the Sports Ball awards nominations. If you don't fall into any of these categories, please do not cast a nomination.

Coach of the Year

Digital Engagement
