Strap your roller boots on and skate the night away as The Union is transformed into Rudolph’s Roller Disco! The evening is split into 3, hour-long sessions for you to choose from, whilst we deliver the best Christmas tunes and festive fun to keep you singing and dancing all-night long🎄🎅

And don't worry, roller skates and protective gear is provided.

What you need to know:

- Sessions: 18:00 – 19:00, 19:30 – 20:30, 21:00 – 22:00

- Tickets: £3, tickets will be available on the door!

 

🎟️ Do I need a ticket?

Yes, tickets are £3 and can be pre-booked online.

On the day, tickets will be available on the door, so come on down and skate the night away.

 

🕺Who can come?

Anyone who’s bought a ticket to this event is welcome! Bring your mates along or fly solo and make some new friends whilst you’re here.

 

🎪 What’s the Main Hall like?

The Union’s Main Hall is a large space - all furniture will be cleared, and barriers placed along the outside of the room to create the roller rink.

 

🎤 What type of atmosphere should I expect?

We encourage everyone to take it at their own pace, it’ll be a friendly and chilled atmosphere.

 

🍕 Will there be food and drink available?

The bar will be closed for this event. Water fountains are available within The Union, located on every floor, including one just outside the entrance to The Main Hall.

 

📆 Will this event happen regularly?

Keep your eyes peeled as the roller disco is a regular event at The Union, so you experience the fun all over again!

 

♿️ Is the event accessible for all?

The Main Hall is situated on the ground floor and is accessible for all. However, due to loud speakers and flashing lights, this type of atmosphere may be unsuitable for those with hearing or sight sensitivities.
