Session description

Thinking you might want to be a CEO or Director one day but:

- Not sure if you have the right experience?

- Not sure what the process is?

- Feel like a wildcard for any reason?

 

Then this session is for you. This session will provide:

1) An overview of our recruitment experiences as CEOs and common practice in CEO recruitment

2) Ideas about how you can develop yourself and opportunities that you can take to position yourself

3) Some positive encouragement and tips to get your imposter syndrome to shut up (especially if you don't see CEOs who look and sound like you)

 

This session will be a fun, friendly and participative session and will be delivered jointly by Sarah Kerton Middlesex SU CEO, Trish, Undeb Aberystwyth CEO, and Sarah Ellis, People and Development Consultant from Atkinson HR.
