Cheshire Christmas Fair

Christmas arrived early in a very chilly Crewe, with the return of the Christmas Fair on Thursday 7 December.

Outside The Union, there were Christmas carols sung by the Christian Union and Choral Society, as well as delicious hot crepes and hog roasts, with a divine vegan chilli option too. Merlin's Microbrewery treated students to some of their beer and hot mulled cider, with ales on offer to buy which would make the perfect present.

In the festively decorated Student Zone, there were cakes, crafts and other treats — wreaths and beautiful decorations for sale, manicures and even oracle card readings were happening, with the bar open early for drinks. With every drink purchased, staff and students could enjoy a mince pie or slice of stollen.

A photo booth and caracaturist were also there for students to take away a little something from the day. In the old gym, students could take on the reindeer rodeo (if they were feeling brave and weren't too full from all the free food!)
