Need a break from assignments? Here are a few easy ways to switch off and do something fun around Manchester.
Grab your mates and book a session at The Big Bakes. It’s basically your chance to live out your Great British Bake-Off dream.
The Pottery Corner in Chorlton is another great shout. You pay per piece, bring your own drinks, and paint at your own pace. It’s relaxed, creative, and ideal for a chill evening with your mates.
When deadlines start stacking up and the days feel shorter, getting some fresh air can really help reset your brain.
If you’ve got a bit of time, head out to the Peak District, it’s basically on our doorstep. For something closer, check out Whitworth Park or Fletcher Moss Gardens for a quick walk and some greenery.
🔥Plus, since it’s almost Bonfire Night, it’s worth catching a local display. You can find one near you here.
Rainy day? No problem. Manchester’s packed with museums and galleries that are perfect for a wander when you need a break.
Whether you’re into art, science, or just want somewhere quiet to think, there’s plenty to explore.
