The President serves as the primary leader, spokesperson, and representative of the Law Society, providing strategic vision and direction. They oversee the committee, ensuring all members fulfil their roles effectively while fostering collaboration and accountability. The President also organises and attends meetings with Andrew Francis and law school staff, reviews events and society progress, signs forms and contracts, and advocates for the interests of the society and its members. As a key representative, they play a vital role in fostering a supportive and engaged community within the Law Society.

Hey! I'm Safa! As President of the MMU Law Society for the 2026/27 academic year, I am committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every member feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to get involved. My aim is to create opportunities that support both personal and professional growth, strengthen connections within our community, and ensure that the society continues to provide a rewarding experience for all of our members. I hope to continue building a society where members can form meaningful connections, expand their professional networks, and build lasting memories throughout their time at university.
